Angela’s space is an oasis.
She listens with her ears, heart, and hands to determine exactly what my body needs.
I always feel like she finds the root of my troubles and is gifted at clearing them up.

I have worked with Angela in both times of injury as well as for basic health maintenance. She is a delight!

Massage Therapy

Swedish: This style utilizes long, flowing strokes, often but not necessarily in the direction of the heart. Swedish massage is designed to increase circulation and blood flow.

Deep Tissue: Deep tissue techniques are generally designed for more focused massage work. Working a specific joint, muscle, or muscle group, the therapist can access deeper layers of the soft tissue.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT): This type of massage is used for pain relief and specific problems, which are addressed through systematic and site specific massage. NMT reduces pain, tension, postural imbalance, and strengthens tissues.

Reflexology: The practice of stimulating points on the feet, hands, or ears (termed reflex zones), which results in a beneficial effect on other specific parts of the body, and to improve general health.

Lymphatic Detox Massage: This gentle, rhythmical massage encourages the lymphatic system to eliminate metabolic waste products, and excess fluid and bacteria, which in turn promotes detoxification, and facilitates healing for the immune system.

Along with essential oils, I use ointments to soothe aching muscles and organic, all-natural oils, gels and lotions.

*(Lymphatic Detox Massage run on an average of 2 hours to 2.5 hours)

In Home Massage: This a great for families who desire to stay in and treat themselves to a well deserved self-care.

From tweens to the elderly or couples who have had a long week and need some TLC and downtime with a glass of wine, without having to leave their house.

Have you been in an auto accident recently?

ETPS Therapy (Dolphin Neurostim)

ETPS ( electronic/E-stim pulse stimulator) Therapy is a new FDA approved therapy that combines the principles of acupuncture & neurology with microcurrent stimulation.

How Does it Work?

ETPS Therapy applies concentrated DC micro-stimulation to produce an “acupuncture” response that “releases” muscle tissue that impinges nerves & causes joint articulations (pain).  This action permits increased reinnervation of affected neural pathways, allowing patient pain levels to be substantially decreased, often instantaneously.  This multi-pronged approach to the body’s nervous and musculoskeletal system.

Clinically, the intention of ETPS Therapy is to isolate the root causes of a patient’s pain by applying micro-stimulation to acupuncture points that relate to different muscles, tissues and systems (neurological, segmental, limbic, myofascial etc).

Here are a few of the things that have been remarkable in combination with massage:

  • Scar Tissue Release

  • Hip,Back, Neck Pain

  • Chronic Pain

  • Post Operative Surgery

  • Carpel Tunnel

  • Shoulder Pain

  • Calming the Sympathetic/Parasympathetic Nervous System
