Tapping into our internal Physician
We all have our own ‘first- aid’ tool box within us. This workshop gives you the key to unlock your Rx cabinet within YOU! We dive into learning how to be accountable for your own health through listening to your body. This will give you access to a deeper connection between the mind and body, building trust and awareness.
daily ‘Health Insurance’
In this workshop we will go over basic daily essential nutrients that can help optimize well-being. This is a great workshop to follow after attending ‘Tapping Into Our Internal Physician’.
Food and you
The saying, ‘you are what you eat’ may not be too far of the beaten path. We will look at our relationship with food, and dive into the energetic relationship with the types of food we eat and its role in our bodies. We will touch base on basic understanding of each system of the body, such as hormones, gut health and brain health (more in-depth with ‘Daily Health Insurance’).
Dis-ease and Humanity
What is dis-ease? Here, we will cover the understanding of how dis-ease takes place and why is it so prevalent? We will look into a deeper and broader view of why some of the top diseases in the US are so prevalent. This workshop will provide you with a in-depth view as to how society as a whole is unconsciously disconnected with mind/body and spirit.
How do We Identify and Relate in Society
This workshop is a place to explore where you are whole and complete exactly as you. Here, we will unravel the relationship trauma has on the body, mind and your spiritual connection. Its easy to mask, pretend and hide traumatic experiences for many reasons or another, but the body can’t keep secrets. We will uncover the truth of trauma, identify it, release ownership or identifying yourself as the ‘trauma’, and when ready, step into releasing it. We will explore our family inherited beliefs, communication patterns, and how we see ourselves, our current view and relating daily with our community.
